VACATION, SUN & LACK OF MONEY

While all other people are having fun outside in the sun, I am indoors. I'm a little depressed, working inside in the beautiful weather. I can't be in the sun because of a medicine I took two weeks ago. My skin will get white spots if I do. So I'll stay inside. Luckily, there's not long until I can go outside in the sun again! My skin desperately need some colour.

One of the pros about not being able to be in the sun, is that I (with good conscience) can stay inside and work! I need money to my trip to Stockholm next week. I'm really looking forward to it! Sadly, me and money
is one of the worst pairs ever. I spend them all at once! I don't think I'm alone, though.
Yesterday I earned 600 NOK, but spent 200 earlier today... (Really...) So now I've got 400, in addition to 1000 I'll get bu the end of the month. It's something, but not enough! I'm gonna visit topshop, new nippon shop, shock and all other shops they don't have in Norway. And I'm not leaving empty-handed.

Shock in Stockholm.

Edit:
What on earth is wrong with the text in this post? I've tried to fix it, but it doesn't work, so I don't care.
This is just so you know that I did not want the text to look like this.

AI SHITEMO II KAI?

This weekend was absolutely fantastic!
I must've died at least a thousand times.
Yesterday I was too tired to be blogging at all, it was a really tiring couple of days, though it was extremely cool.

Saturday:

Aicon.
Absolutety unforgettable and a lot of steaming hotness all over the place. I mean BUTLERS. And they were really hot. I mean, seriously hot. And cute. I hugged them <3
I loved their uniforms! Purple.
And there were a Butler-drama! So fantastic awesome. But we did not see the second and third act, 'cause the medic chief had said that everybody had to remember to eat during the cons, so we were out eating at the time... So depressing, we got back the moment it was finished.
I've still got a LOT of awesome
pictures, but they're on Jann's camera, so I will post them when I get them from her! You should be looking forward to it. Honestly.

J-Rock Night.
AWESOMENESS. Fantastic cosplays, music, j-rock quiz, people, fanart and everything. And the best part; the concert. I totally died. Again. It was a band from Denmark, called The Lillith. They played a lot of covers of the Gazette, Dir en Grey, Girugamesh and others. In addition to one of their own songs, which also was really cool! It was a fantastic concert, they were very good! And they accually had to play two concerts, because there were too many people and a too
small room! I really feel sorry for the band, they had also played a concert the day before, then taken the bus to Norway, and played two concerts with like, 10 minutes in between...
They were awesome, and they were talking to us and giving hugs(FANTASTIC hugs) to the crazy fangirls afterwards. And they were at Soracon the day after! Just hanging around with the other J-tards.
And I have to say, they were really hot. I died.

Sunday:

Soracon.
So much fun! Silent Library, ParaPara dance lessons, AMVs, Cosplay contest and a lot of awesomeness. Pocky <3
I bought the two first books of Ouran High School Host Club, and Fruits, a japanese street fashion book.

And I met Edvin again! We've known each other for a year and some months soon, but have accually only met twice. First time at Desucon last year. I got a lot of fantastic hugs, I really miss them! I wish there were several occasions we could meet during the year, it's too long between each time...
I and Jann-chan also met Sanna and her friends again! We were hanging around with them the whole weekend. Walking around in Oslo, people staring because of cosplay and abnormal clothing, while singing (/screaming) "bacchkoi, bacchkoi, babyyy, WHOA!" and the chorus of Gackt's very nasty song Vanilla. (http://supercat.popullus.net/vanilla.html Read this, and you'll know what I mean.)

I'll be posting a lot of photos later, I promise.

YATTA!

Today is the day! Well, almost. Tonight is the night that I and Jannicke are going to take the night-bus to Oslo! So I won't be able to blog anything on Saturday and Sunday. (Like anybody would notice, anyway...) We will arrive Oslo early tomorrow morning, and then go stay at Jann's uncle's place. We are gonna be all J-tarded for the whole weekend!

On saturday we will be at aicon during the day, and J-rock night during the evening!
On saturday, we will be at soracon during the day, and some sort of surprise arrangement in the evening. It will be really cool, and I promise to take a lot of photos!
And instead of tickets to get in, we get buttons! That's so cool!
(I feel I'm fangirling a little in this post...)

I admit that i'm not very into yaoi and stuff, I've only seen Junjou Romantica, but still... I mean, there will be butlers! And on J-rock night there's going to be a real band, live music! The only problem is to make Jann go with me... She's not the J-rock type of person...
And soracon! It will be fantastic. So many people to meet!

I can't wait <3

Here's some pictures from Desucon 3, which was in Oslo on Octobre last year:

SEAGULLS FROM HELL

Today, I had a really good morning. I accually woke up at a reasonable time, and was on my way out, when I discovered seagulls on the neighbour roof.
Fantastic.
Just the other day, I was attacked by a seagull, it accualy touched my head! It was really scary.
And now, there's two of them, right outside my house! I can't move a metre away from my front door before they attack me!

So to get out and away, I had to walk against the walls around to the back of the house, climb over a fence, go over the field of the farm next to my home, only to find out that they hat put up electric fences. Luckily, I found a gate! So much just to go somewhere whithout being attacked by seagulls. They are really frightening creatures!
And I am over the average afraid of birds. Absolutely horrible!

And I have to go back there tonight...
Wish me luck.

THIS IS THE NEW SHIT

Marilyn Manson just released a new CD, The High End of Low:
I would have bought it already, if only Molde had a music shop. The only shops that sells music in my town, is gas stations and kiosks. And as you probably understand, the selection is not good. What so ever.
Molde used to have two music shops. The biggest one closed maybe a year or two ago, but the last one was closed only a couple of weeks ago. It's really frustrating, not being able to buy music anywhere. Or, not good music.

After the release of Eat Me, Drink Me, I was told that I really should go see them at the concert in Oslo, because it may be the last time they would be in Norway. I was not able to see them then, because my mum hates Marilyn Manson. And now, when they're coming again, I'm in Sweden at the time.
But then I found out that they would be having a concert there a couple of days before the concert in Norway, and of course I assumed that the concert would be in Stockholm, where I'll be staying. But no, the concert will be at the Metaltown Festival, which is far away.

I'm an expert at bad timing.

WHAT IS LOVE WITHOUT LUST?

Yesterday, while waiting to get tired enough to go to bed, I accidentaly discovered some new music.
I was visiting a profile on the Norwegian website "Nettby", where the song was.
I loved it from the very first second!

La Roux - In For the Kill

La Roux are an electropop synth duo from England.
I think that the singer, Elly Jackson, is extremely beautiful!
I love her style, especcially her hair!

Photobucket
Until now La Roux have released three songs, and their first album will be released 29th June. I'm really looking forward to listen to the rest of their songs!

What do you think?

ADOLESCENT DREAMS

My name is Kristina

This blog will be a
bout me, what I do, what I like, and my opinion about things. I will also be posting pictures of the things I make at school (art & design), if it is good enough to be made public!
I will be writing in English, though I think I'll be mostly posting photos.
Reasons for writing in English are, among others, that I want to use the ten years of learning the language, and because it will be possiblie for more people to read it!

Anyways.

This is the first post on this blog, and I hope that you will come back to read more!
And please comment! (Be nice!)
I will be answering questions, if you have any.

Until then.
